The Green Party are celebrating spectacular election results from around the country and also within in the Three Rivers area.

We strengthened our second place position in Rickmansworth Town ward at the District elections. There was an increase of 118% in votes cast for the Green Party across the District and the number of votes was up by 71.3% on the seats contested in 2018, beating Labour in 5 of the contested seats.

Success came with the election of three new Parish Councillors to Batchworth Community Council. Emma Brading, Paul Dawson, and Peter Loader who are looking forward to serving the local community in their new roles.

Thanks again for your help and support.

Looking towards the coming year, could you spare any time to help us strengthen the local Green Party and create a sustainable and effective organisation? There are many ways to get involved (website & social media, press, membership, database, canvassing, local knowledge and policy ideas to name just a few!). Please do get in touch with Emma on contact@threerivers.greenparty.org.uk if you would like to discuss how to get involved.
